Restore Nebraska | Historical Brewery Tour
Come explore the history of Omaha past brewery sites with Bill Baburek, Infusion Brewery owner and local beer expert & Kristine Gerber, editor of the new book, Nebraska Craft Beer. Meet at the Benson Infusion Brewing Company location where we’ll hop on Ollie the Trolley and head downtown to all the historical brewery sites, and listen to Bill and Kristine as they educate us on all the Omaha beer knowledge you could want! Stops include sites that produced Falstaff, Krug, Metz, Storz and Willow Springs beers. We will end the tour around 5PM for a beer and a quick tour of Infusion’s restored 1917 building added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
Stick around Benson to have dinner and then head to the Restore Nebraska opening reception at the Benson Theater starting at 7PM.
Separate cost for the Friday reception applies.
